- 2 pieces of medium size chicken
- PInch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tablespoon of minced ginger - sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil - sauce
- 2 tablespoon of sukiyaki - sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion - sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic - sauce
- 3 cups of water for steaming
- Marinate chicken with salt and pepper for 30mins.
- Steam with boiling water for 15mins.
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together for dip.
