Simit 2nd Attempt

Tried making simit again, and this time, its a lot better than the first time, looks and taste more like the one we had in Turkey.

Simit

Simit is a bread like food, from Turkey. Tasted kinda nice, that's why wanted to try making.

The one I made doesnt taste like the one we had in Turkey, but rather like biscuit. It is still nice and at one go I took a few.. hehehe....

Next time, will make it thicker and include yeast, coz the original recipe I got from the internet just now was without yeast, so it never get to "grow".
