- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1/4 cups of scallion
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt and pepper for taste.
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- Heat up oil and fry rice for bout a min.
- Add in scallion and fry till fragrant.
- Mix salt and pepper to egg, and add in the egg to the rice.
- After the rice is fully covered with egg, its ready to be served.
