- 100g of fish meat (I uses mackerel)
- 30g of pork
- 3 medium size prawn (shell removed)
- 1 teaspoon of corn flour
- 1 medium size brinjal (cut to 8 long pieces)
- 8 pieces of beancurd / soy sheet (bout 5cm width and 10cm length)
- 1 teaspoon of miso paste
- A pinch of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
- 3 tablespoon of oil for frying
- Mashed and chop the fish meat, pork and prawn till they are well mix.
- Season with salt, pepper and corn flour. Leave it in the freezer for 5 mins.
- Soaked beancurd sheet in water for a min, drain dry.
- Lightly dry each sheet on the pan with medium fire.
- Rub miso paste on the surface of all the brinjal.
- Lay the brinjal and mixed priwn paste on th beancurd sheet.
- Roll up the sheet.
- Heat up the oil and pan fry the roll till the priwn is cooked.
- I served it with brown sauce.
