Steam Fish



  • 450g fish (wash and clean-marinate with salt and pepper)

  • 50g sliced pork (marinate with salt and pepper)

  • 1/2 medium onion (chopped)

  • 2 pieces of garlic (chopped)

  • 4 slices of garlic


  1. Mixed everything together and steam till the eye of the fish pop out (that shows the fish is cooked).
