- 1 packed of vegetarian mutton
- 1 packed of Maggi curry rendang mix
- 2 cup of light santan (coconut milk)
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 1/2 big bombay onion chopped
- Fry onions till golden before adding in the mutton.
- Fry for about 2 minutes before adding in the santan mixed with curry rendang mix.
- Leave it to cook at low fire for 15 mins.
