- 500g fresh prawn (remove the shell, leave the tail and deveined)
- Sambal paste (refer to previous recipe)
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
- 1 cup of water
- 3 tablespoon of thick coconut milk
- Clean the prawn.
- Heat up the oil and saute the sambal paste.
- Add in prawn and fry for one minute.
- Add in water and leave it at low fire for few minutes till prawn is cooked.
- Add in all other ingredients.
