- 500g of pork ribs
- 1 pc of 10cm ginseng
- 1 tablespoon of kei chi
- 1 tablespoon of red dates
- 1 pc of dried shellfish (cut to small pieces and soaked in water for 5 mins)
- 1 tablespoon of dried scallops
- 700ml water
- Add everything together and boil it before leaving it in the slow cooker and boil for about 4hrs.
