- 500g of soya (soaked, blend, and juiced)
- 2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 table spoon of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 egg
- (add some mixed vege if u like)
- Oil for frying
- Mixed everything together till it mix well.
- Shaped them to pieces (any shape you like).
- Heat up the oil on the pan and fry the soy till golden brown.
- Dish out and serve.

My recipe for veggie burgers is similar to yours, although I use tofu instead of soya, and I also add some shredded carrots and garlic... and mine are baked instead of fried on a baking pan with some sesame seed oil.
Tofu is too soft and I did that middle of the night, so too lazy to add any stuff to it. But will try your recommendation when I'm free and have the ingredients.
