- 1/2 piece of big red chilli
- 2 tablespoon of dried chilli
- 1 onion
- 6 shallots
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 3 pieces of clove (spices)
- 1 stem of curry leaves
- 1/2 piece of cinnamon stick (about 1/2cm width and 5cm length)
- 2 pieces of cardamon (only the inside content)
- 1 piece of star anise
- 5 pieces of kafir lime leaves
- 3 pieces of laksa leave (daun kesom)
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- Blend all ingredients (except for the oil) till all ingredients get to small pieces. Add in the oil and blend for another 3minutes till the mixture is quite smooth.
