- 1 whole chicken thigh and drumstick (whole piece)
- 1 bunch of chinese mushroom (soaked and cut to bite size)
- 1 piece of carrot (cut to bite size)
- 1 bombay onion (halved)
- 2 clove of garlic (smashed)
- 2 slice of ginger
- 500ml of water
- Mix everything together and boil. Boil at low fire for 35 mins.

awesome recipe :) I would've never thought to use ginger in chicken soup, but I will have to try it!
