Chicken Soup




  • 1 whole chicken thigh and drumstick (whole piece)

  • 1 bunch of chinese mushroom (soaked and cut to bite size)

  • 1 piece of carrot (cut to bite size)

  • 1 bombay onion (halved)

  • 2 clove of garlic (smashed)

  • 2 slice of ginger

  • 500ml of water


  1. Mix everything together and boil. Boil at low fire for 35 mins.

awesome recipe :) I would've never thought to use ginger in chicken soup, but I will have to try it!
