- half a piece of tuna (big eye tuna) - bout 400g, cut few slits diagonally across the fish
- 2 teaspoon of wasabi paste - marinate
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt - marinate
- 1 teaspoon of teriyaki sauce - marinate
- 1 teaspoon of mix indian fish spices
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- few slices of ginger, cut thinly
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 1 piece of aluminium foil
- Marinate tuna with the marinate ingredients for few mins.
- Place tuna on the aluminium foil.
- Place ginger and onion on top of the fish.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the fish.
- Bake for 25mins under 190 degree celcius heat.
