- 4pcs of eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced carrot
- 2 mushroom thinly sliced
- 1/2 onions, cut ring
- 3 tablespoon of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of spring onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Saute onions till fragrant.
- Mix all other ingredients on a bowl.
- Pour the mixture on the pan and spread it evenly.
- Cover the pan and cook for 1 min.
- Flip half the egg over and leave it for another min.
- Dish and serve.
