First tried was with slow cooker, but forgot to lower the fire before leaving for work, so all the sauce dried up and the pork turns so hard, like stone.
Did a second round quickly from 5pm till bout 7pm.... not that soft, but still not bad. However too much sauce still... not dry enough.
