- 4 pieces of yao char kueh (semi fried)
- 1/2 can of tuna in oil (remove oil)
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (powdered or chopped to small pieces)
- Stuff the tuna on the middle slit of the yao char kueh.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the tuna.
- Bake for 10mins under 180 degree celcius.
