- 150g of sliced pork rib meat
- 8 slices Angelica Sinensis aka 当归
- 1/2 handful Wolfberries aka 枸杞子
- 100ml water
- A pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Lay everything on some aluminium foil.
- Steam on boiling water for 10mins.
