- 1 shallot chopped
- 3 garlic chopped
- 4 pieces of dried chinese mushroom (soaked and sliced)
- 1 cup of cold rice
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- Saute shallot for 1/2min. Add in garlic and saute till fragant.
- Stir in mushroom and fry for a while before adding in the rice.
- Once the rice heat up add in the egg salt and pepper. Stir evenly.
- Dish and serve.
