- 16 pieces of medium size prawned, shelled, vein removed and cut to semi half, season with salt, pepper and some sugar
- A pinch of mixed herb.
- 3 tablespoon of melted butter
- Heat up butter. Add in prawn and fry till cook.
- Dish out and sprinkle with mixed herb
