Does not taste so nice, maybe coz I didnt deep fry the taufu first.
- 3 pieces of hard taufu (cut to long slices)
- 4 tablespoon of 5 spice powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoon of oil
- 2 cubes of spicy preserved beancurd
- 5 tablespoon of water
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 3 tablespoon of chopped coriander
- Cover the taufu with 5 spice powder. Marinate for 40mins.
- Heat up the oil. Pan fry the taufu (all 4 sides).
- Dish up and lay them on the plate.
- Mix the water to the balance of the 5 spice powder, salt, pepper and spicy preserved beancurd.
- Pour it over the pan and let it boil till it thickens. Pour over the taufu.
- Sprinkle the chopped coriander over the taufu.
