I havent been cooking "properly" lately since I need to do just quick cook (need to attend to my little sweetheart). But last week, since we invited some friends over, I prepare this Nescafe Rib (no pics coz it just look like normal black soy sauce pork rib dish only).
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoon of Nescafe Gold (u can try normal, but I dont have stock at home)
- 2 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 cup of milk (use only 1/4 cup for marinate)
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of corn flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of chopped shallot
- oil to saute
- 700g of pork rib (chopped to bite size)
- Marinate the pork rib with all the ingredients other than water, shallot and oil for at least 4hrs.
- Saute shallot till slightly golden.
- Add in pork ribs and pan fry both the side.
- Add in the balance of milk and water.
- Use low fire to cook till the sauce caramelised and coat the ribs.
- Ready to serve.
