Taufu Fishball Soup


Taufu with fishball, mushroom and seaweed cooked with anchovies stock

Wasabi Bake Tuna








  • half a piece of tuna (big eye tuna) - bout 400g, cut few slits diagonally across the fish

  • 2 teaspoon of wasabi paste - marinate

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt - marinate

  • 1 teaspoon of teriyaki sauce - marinate

  • 1 teaspoon of mix indian fish spices

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

  • few slices of ginger, cut thinly

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped onion

  • 1 piece of aluminium foil




  1. Marinate tuna with the marinate ingredients for few mins.

  2. Place tuna on the aluminium foil.

  3. Place ginger and onion on top of the fish.

  4. Drizzle sesame oil over the fish.

  5. Bake for 25mins under 190 degree celcius heat.

  • 2 drumsticks, skin removed

  • Salt and pepper to taste - marinate

  • 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs - marinate

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic sliced

  • 1 brinjal, cut to 1cm thick slice

  • 1 sheet of aluminium foil



  1. Grease the aluminium foil with sesame oil.

  2. Lay the chicken on it and bake for 25mins at 170 degree celcius.

  3. Top the chicken with brinjal and garlic, bake for another 5mins.

Bake Chicken







  • 500 of chicken pieces (mixture of chicken wings and drumstick, cut to medium size)


  • 1 piece of bombay onion (sliced ring)


  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil


  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil


  • 1 tablespoon of roughly chopped preserved radish - marinate


  • 1.5 pcs of preserved beancurd - marinate


  • 1 dash of pepper - marinate


  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar - marinate


  • 2 tablespoon of five spices powder - marinate


  • 1 sheet of aluminium foil, double layer






  1. Mix all the marinate ingredients with the chicken, mix well.


  2. Lay the onions on the aluminium foil and top with chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with olive oil and sesame oil.


  3. Bake for 25mins under 190 degree celcius.

Rambutan

These are the rambutan that I had harvested the second time from the rambutan tree outside the house (within the compound). The first time has bout the same amount too.... still have bout double or more of this.




This is after peeling, 1/3 into the tummy already... hahaha

Pictures of Food

Again, these are without recipes. Too long ago, cant remember the recipe well... hehehe...












Spicy Dried Noodle




  • 1 piece of dried noodle (bout the same size as the normal instant noodle)


  • 2 cups of water


  • 1 piece of shallot - chopped - A


  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce - A


  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil - A


  • 1 teaspoon of fish sauce - A


  • small pinch of salt - A


  • dash of pepper - A





  1. Mix all the A ingredients and leave aside.


  2. Boil the water and boil the noodle in it for about 2mins.


  3. Drain noodle. Toss noodle on the A mixture.
