Soya Sauce Roast Chicken

Ingredients:

• 1pc of chicken drumstick chopped to small pieces
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 2 teaspoon of sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 pinch of mixed herbs
• 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon of curry powder

Steps:

1. Mixed everything except for garlic.
2. Marinate for 20mins.
3. Roast with garlic for 15mins under 250 degree celcius heat.
