Chicken Fish Maw Soup Noodle
- 1 chopped chicken drumstick
- 5 pieces of red dates
- 2 pieces of fish maw (soaked for 10mins)
- 5 slices of ginseng
- 1 piece of dried scallop
- 2 pieces of dried mussels
- 1 teaspoon of Benedict DOM
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 3 cups of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 piece of dried noodle.
- Bring one cup of water to boil, and boil the dried noodle for 2mins. Drain and mix with Benedict DOM and soy sauce. Leave aside.
- Bring the balance of 2 cups of water to boil. Add in red dates, scallop and mussels.
- After 5mins, add in chicken drumstick, salt and pepper.
- Add in fish maw after 5mins and boil for 10mins.
- Serve the soup on the noodle.

Seaweed Soup
- 15 pieces of the stuffed dried oyster
- One whole carrot
- One bunch of seaweed
- One teaspoon of dried scallop
- 500ml of stock (I uses anchovies, but you may choose chicken)
- 2 cm of ginger
- One bunch of chinese mushroom
- Boiled the stock with the dried scallop.
- Add in carrot, ginger and mushroom.
- Leave it to boil at low fire for about 10 minutes.
- Add in the oyster and boil for another 5 minutes.
Stuffed Dried Oyster
- 50g of pork (marinate with salt, pepper, oyster sauce and sesame oil)
- 40g of fish (only the meat)
- 100g of dried oyster (soaked with a few change of water to remove sand)
- 1/4 teaspoon of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon of water
- Oil for frying
- Minced the fish and pork together with the cornstarch and water (I had used the blender).
- Wrap the dry oyster with the mixture.
- Deep fry the oyster wrapped with the pork and fish mixture.
