Fry Priwn Roll





  • 100g of fish meat (I uses mackerel)

  • 30g of pork

  • 3 medium size prawn (shell removed)

  • 1 teaspoon of corn flour

  • 1 medium size brinjal (cut to 8 long pieces)

  • 8 pieces of beancurd / soy sheet (bout 5cm width and 10cm length)

  • 1 teaspoon of miso paste

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon of pepper

  • 3 tablespoon of oil for frying



  1. Mashed and chop the fish meat, pork and prawn till they are well mix.

  2. Season with salt, pepper and corn flour. Leave it in the freezer for 5 mins.

  3. Soaked beancurd sheet in water for a min, drain dry.

  4. Lightly dry each sheet on the pan with medium fire.

  5. Rub miso paste on the surface of all the brinjal.

  6. Lay the brinjal and mixed priwn paste on th beancurd sheet.

  7. Roll up the sheet.

  8. Heat up the oil and pan fry the roll till the priwn is cooked.

  9. I served it with brown sauce.
