Miso Fish Soup



  • 200g of fish (I uses snapper, cut to cube pieces, marinate with salt, pepper and corn starch)
  • 4 pieces of vegetarian mushroom ball (halved)
  • 8 pieces of carrot
  • 4 pieces of chinese mushroom (soaked and sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon of miso
  • 100ml water
  1. Leave water to boil.
  2. Add in mushroom ball, carrot, and mushroom.
  3. Once boil, add in miso paste and fish.
