Pistachio Cake

Saw in the Asian Food Channel, Sugar, Pistachio Cream Cake. But since I dont like cream stuff, I decided to change the recipe a little to make a normal cake. To make it better, I bake this using the bread maker instead of normal oven...

  • 1.5 cups of grounded pistachio
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar (original recipe is 1 cup)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (shud reduce coz too salty)
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4/5 of a butter

Throw everything in the bread maker, process like normal bread... and voila, done. Taste kinda nice.... but would be better if the pistachio is less fine.
